I am a self taught artist, but have been involved with design as a profession for over 20 years, mainly in the retail sector.
A few years ago I was commissioned by a number of Premier League Football Clubs like Chelsea, Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur to produce portraits of their star players.

Each piece of art is produced as a fine art limited edition print. Each one signed and numbered by the artist.
My aim is to establish myself as a full time professional artist.
Art influences are Gary Hodges (wildlife artist) and Mark Demsteader (figurative artist)

Keith Maiden - Artist
July of 2011 I entered my very first art competition, The Halls/Weston Park Open Art Competition in Staffordshire. The competition was open to amateur and professional artists from all over the UK. They received over 200 entries with 65 finalists exhibiting at the gallery.
I was awarded one of 3 prizes 'the peoples choice award'. The winning entry was the Rolling Stones - 'Growing Old Ungracefully'.

Leonora Carrington Surrealist
Leonora was born in Lancashire in 1917.
She was often described as "the last great
living surrealist" holding her own with the likes of Picasso and Dali.
She died in May 2011 at the age of 94.
